ORDERS

Placing an order with us couldn't be easier, simply browse the collection and add your chosen items to the shopping basket.  Once you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be directed to the payment checkout.  When you have placed an order, you will receive an email acknowledging the exact details of your purchase. 


We hold a small amount of stock but if we don't have your order available immediately, we will have it knitted for you and will contact you with a lead time.  The turnaround time is approximately 4 weeks from order date to delivery, but we try to deliver within 2-3 weeks if we can.  If you require an item by a specific date, please get in touch and if it's not in stock we will do all we can to meet your deadline.

RETURNS

We hope you will be happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you would like to return something, we offer a full refund provided your item is sent back to us within 7 days of receiving it.

  • Returned items must be sent back in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags intact.
  • In the event of a return, please contact us at info@hambroandmiller.co.uk before posting your order to us.
  • We enclose a returns form with each order to be filled out and sent back with your item.
  • Once we receive your item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
  • Please note that unless items are faulty, original delivery charges are non-refundable.  All costs for return postage are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please make sure that your return is well packaged.  We strongly advise obtaining proof of postage/insurance from the post office as unfortunately we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
  • Returns of damaged or faulty pieces must also be made within 7 days of receiving them.  Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt and contact us if there are any problems and we will offer full refund or issue a replacement. In the event of returns due to damaged/faulty items, your postage costs will also be refunded.
